Through her coaching services, workshops, presentations and books, Anne Felt helps people learn to come from their hearts instead of their hurts.

Anne offers help in many ways, including...

Real prevention of abuse involves people accepting and valuing others for their uniqueness. It means adults taking responsibility for their behaviors, and teaching children to do the same. Real prevention means helping those who have wounds to heal, so they do not lash out at children or anyone else for that matter.

Prevention and healing are both the same. I want to teach myself and others to come from our hearts rather than from our hurts.  As adults learn to come from their hearts, they heal their hurts.

First we learn to love ourselves for who we are; then we can help our children do the same.
